Hengameh Kishani

Hengameh Kishani is a senior associate attorney at the Temmerman, Cilley & Kohlmann, LLP, in Danville and San Jose, California. Working out of the San Jose office, she assists clients in the surrounding community with trust and estate litigation matters. She is fluent in both English and Farsi. 

After graduating with a bachelor’s in English from the University of California, Riverside, Ms. Kishani went to the Golden Gate University School of Law to pursue her legal studies. As a law student, she worked with a solo practitioner in San Francisco, learning the basics of estate planning and administration. She also served as an intern at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office. 

Earning her Juris Doctor in 2016, Ms. Kishani is licensed to practice law the very next year in all the state courts of California. Furthermore, she is licensed as a notary public by the National Notary Association and is a former member of The Bar Association of San Francisco. A knowledgeable attorney, she often shares her legal knowledge through articles and seminars; she is the co-author of “How to Invade Someone’s Privacy 101” published in Volume 27 of the California Trusts and Estates Quarterly. 

Ms. Kishani’s passion for litigation work grew from her days as an associate attorney in the San Francisco Bay area, where she worked with clients from diverse backgrounds. After moving to trust and estate law practice, she still works closely with clients to get them favorable outcomes against all odds. Offering zealous representation, she keeps her clients updated and guides them through each step of the legal proceedings.
