Angela Kil

Angela Kil’s practice focuses on estate planning and the administration of Trusts, probates, conservatorships for incapacitated adults, and guardianships for minor children. Ms. Kil specializes in helping individuals and families to plan for their care during incapacity and for the transfer of wealth upon death through personalized trust instruments, wills, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives.

Throughout every step of the estate planning process, Ms. Kil is with her clients. From the initial research done by professional fiduciaries and individuals until the time the estate’s assets are distributed, she navigates complicated legal waters to fulfill the wishes of her clients. Admitted to practice in the state of California, Ms. Kil is certified as a Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California.

After graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry, Ms. Kil then earned a Master of Science in microbiology, immunology and molecular genetics. She attended law school and earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. For over 10 years, she has brought peace of mind to the people of California as they make their last wishes known.
