Top Rated Consumer Law Attorney in El Segundo, CA
Selected to Rising Stars: 2019
The founder of the Naderi Law Group, Ray Naderi divides his practice among lemon law claims and personal injury and wrongful death litigation. From the firm's office in downtown Los Angeles, he provides astute representation to clients throughout Southern California. Admitted to practice before all California state courts since 2009, Mr. Naderi is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
Mr. Naderi's lemon law practice involves his helping consumers who have purchased or leased a defective vehicle. State law requires manufacturers that are unable to repair such a vehicle after a reasonable number of attempts have been made to conform to its express warranty and either replace or repurchase it. The California Lemon Law covers both new and used vehicles, and it includes demonstrators, pickup trucks, and some vehicles that are leased or purchased primarily for business use as well as for personal use and household purposes. It applies throughout the duration of the manufacturer's original warranty purposes. The state's lemon law is separate and distinct from the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act that applies to many other types of defective products. Cases under the lemon law can be handled in arbitration as well as in court.
In his personal injury and wrongful death practice, Mr. Naderi provides advice and counsel to people who have incurred economic and noneconomic losses as a result of the negligence of other parties. His cases in this regard have arisen out of incidents involving motor vehicle accidents and premises liability, and he has been able to obtain millions of dollars in compensation for his clients through both jury awards and negotiated settlements. Mr. Naderi is a 2009 graduate of the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
