Yaron M. Tilles

Yaron M. Tilles is a partner at Michael Sullivan & Associates LLP in El Segundo, California. With more than 20 years of focused experience, he defends employers in complex employment litigation and provides pragmatic, business-focused strategies. Recognized for combining tenacious advocacy with practical risk management, he has secured favorable outcomes in individual, multiparty and class actions involving wage-and-hour issues (including unpaid wages, meal and rest break claims and unreimbursed expenses), wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims.

Mr. Tilles represents clients in state and federal courts, arbitration forums and before agencies such as the California Civil Rights Department, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Employment Development Department.
