Danny Abir

The managing partner at the California-based law firm ACTS Law with offices in Encino and San Diego, attorney Danny Abir is also a co-founder of the firm. Concentrating his practice on personal injury, he has recovered over a billion dollars as compensation on behalf of his clients. He takes up legal issues and mass torts from majorly Encino and the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area, on matters related to:

Licensed to practice in California since 1995, Mr. Abir is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Mr. Abir has worked on a number of cases, helping his clients and their families obtain fair verdicts for wrongful death, mass tort cases against pharmaceutical corporates or defective equipment companies, fraudulent asset transfer cases, and many more. A 1989 graduate with a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Southern California, Mr. Abir obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier College in 1994. He also went on to secure a dual master’s degree in international law and taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center and the New York University School of Law in 1995 and 1999 respectively. 

Apart from memberships in the American Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association, Mr. Abir has positions of responsibility at various legal associations including:

Mr. Abir was also a recipient of the CAOC’s Presidential Award of Merit in 2016. In addition, he has several scholarly publications to his credit, on various trending topics of research in his field of practice.
