David A. Azran

David Azran has dedicated more than four decades to representing injured individuals, combining extensive courtroom experience with a unique understanding of the insurance industry's approach to personal injury claims. Before beginning his legal career in 1985, he worked as a law clerk for two nationally recognized personal injury firms, including one that represented insurance companies. This early defense-side experience gave him valuable insight into insurance company strategies, enabling him to effectively anticipate and counter defense tactics on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Azran graduated magna cum laude from Occidental College before earning a Master of Public Health from UCLA, where he developed a strong foundation in medicine. He then received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, completing the program while continuing to gain hands-on litigation experience as a law clerk. His medical background has proven invaluable in handling complex personal injury cases involving medical experts, accident reconstruction, and injury causation.

Since entering private practice, Mr. Azran has represented thousands of injury victims and recovered millions of dollars through settlements, arbitration awards, and jury verdicts. A member of the State Bar of California and admitted to practice before the United States District Court, he has been recognized for his trial advocacy, including selection to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers.
