David Beitchman

Representing the people of Los Angeles and Southern California as a life and viatical settlement attorney, David Beitchman is also co-founder of Beitchman & Zekian, PC. As head of the litigation group at the firm, he manages all practice groups. His practice focuses on life settlement litigation, fractionalized life settlements and representing professionals and individuals such as Montage Financial Group, Reliant Life Shares and Settlement Group Inc.

Mr. Beitchman attended the University of California, Los Angeles, and earned an undergraduate degree before moving on to law school at Whittier Law School. There he earned his Juris Doctor and has practiced for almost two decades. To honor his late partner, he founded and administers a scholarship award, the Harry S. Zekian Memorial Scholar Award.

Admitted to practice in all state courts in California, Mr. Beitchman also practices before all appellate courts. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

As an active member of the legal community, Mr. Beitchman is involved with several professional organizations. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the State Bar of California, and provides his clients with litigation services between funders, agents, brokers, policyholders, insurance carriers and other parties involved in life insurance matters in both the United States and throughout the world.
