Eric B. Kingsley

Eric B. Kingsley is an employment law attorney and the co-founder of Kingsley & Kingsley in Encino, California. Mr. Kingsley has over 25 years of legal experience and serves clients throughout California. 

Over the course of his career, Mr. Kingsley has litigated numerous complex employment actions, with a focus on wage and hour litigation. He has experience with both individual and class action lawsuits and at the state and federal levels. In addition to wage and hour claims, he handles cases involving sexual harassment, wrongful termination and various other employment-related matters.

Mr. Kingsley earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and received his law degree from Loyola Law School Los Angeles. He holds licenses to practice law before all California state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Central and Eastern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Using his employment law knowledge and experience to educate others, Mr. Kingsley contributes to the Daily Journal and speaks on employment law topics at conferences and seminars. Giving back to his community, he provides pro bono legal advice to local nonprofit organizations and donates portions of his class action settlements to organizations, including Bet Tzedek legal services and California Rural Legal Assistance.

Dedicated to staying involved in his legal community, Mr. Kingsley is a member of several professional organizations. He belongs to The State Bar of California, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Consumer Attorneys of California and the California Employment Lawyers Association.
