Matthew S. Urbach

Matthew Urbach has been representing individual and corporate clients in commercial and business disputes since 1997. Matthew graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Loyola Law Review. Matthew is a former partner of a national law firm and has represented clients in a wide array of business and real estate disputes relating to, among other things, easements, construction defects, fraud, real estate financing and purchase disputes, property line disputes, shareholder and member rights, breach of contract, view rights, and trespass and nuisance claims. Matthew has represented clients through all phases of litigation, including mediation, arbitration, judicial reference and court and jury trials.
