Robert L. Glushon

With over 45 years of experience, attorney Robert L. Glushon is the President of the law firm of Luna & Glushon which provides the highest quality of legal services and achieve the best results in real estate and land use matters.  He and the firm's attorneys have extensive experience in representing clients in land use, zoning, real estate transactions, neighbor disputes including  real estate litigation.

Based on his knowledge and experience, Mr. Glushon also provides expert witness opinions in land use, zoning and real estate cases and has also served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Los Angeles Superior Court.  He also mediates civil cases by facilitating practical win-win resolutions to conflicts to help people avoid the uncertainty and high cost of going to trial.  

He has served on numerous Los Angeles City and County Commissions including being elected to the Elected City Charter Reform Commission Commission representing City Council District 11 where he led the efforts to create Area Planning Commissions and Neighborhood Councils.  He also served as a City Commissioner by appointment of three different Mayors including on the Environmental Quality Board, the Board of Zoning Appeals and Board of Neighborhood Commissioners.  Mr. Glushon also served on the Los Angeles County Economy and Efficiency Commission. 

Mr. Glushon received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1976 and his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. He was admitted to practice law in all the state courts of California in 1980.
