After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1968, Mr. Kropach received his Juris Doctor in 1971 from University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law. The State Bar of California admitted him to practice in 1972, and The State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization, certified him in Workers' Compensation before he began his private practice in 1978.

Since that time, attorney Kropach has devoted his practice to helping those injured on the job as well as the families of those who have lost their lives due to workplace accidents.
