Devon O'Shea

Devon O’Shea is an associate attorney at Reynolds Law, LLP, in Fairfield, California. She handles cases involving estate & trust litigation, civil litigation and business litigation. Having worked with various government agencies in several matters, she has experience in assisting clients through the processes of litigation and all pre-trial litigation steps. Additionally, she also manages contract-based disputes and reviews contracts. 

Ms. O’Shea graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a bachelor’s degree in English literature before joining Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco for further legal studies. She received honors, including the dean's scholarship and CALI awards. She also served as a certified clinician at the Environmental Law and Justice Clinic at law school before graduating with a Juris Doctor in 2020. She acquired her license to practice law in California in the following year. 

While at law school, Ms. O’Shea engaged in various opportunities as an intern and an extern, which played a crucial role in shaping her into the attorney she is today. She was a judicial extern at the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board. Further, she was an investigative extern at the U.S. Department of Labor Employee Benefits Security Administration, where she served as an investigative extern. She also worked as a law clerk at the Benicia City Attorney’s Office. 

Apart from her legal engagements, Ms. O’Shea is an active volunteer. She serves as the Live Your Dream Award Committee chair of the Soroptimist International of Benicia. She previously served as a committee member for the Open Government Commission’s Ad Hoc Committee for Election Law in Benicia. Additionally, she is an active member of the California Bar Association and the Solano County Bar Association.
