Philip M. Flanigan

Philip M. Flanigan is a partner at The Law Office of Philip M. Flanigan, P.C., located in Fresno, California. Upon passing the bar in 1986, Mr. Flanigan was licensed to practice law in California and is admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Central, Northern and Southern Districts of California. Beyond his legal practice, he is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Trusts and Estates Section of The State Bar of California, the Fresno County Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. and WealthCounsel, LLC.
