Warren R. Paboojian

Warren R. Paboojian is the founding partner at the law firm of Paboojian, Inc., located in Fresno, California. A dedicated and fierce advocate for his clients, he takes on cases involving personal injury, including catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, pedestrian accidents, nursing home abuse, Medical Malpractice, wrongful termination and many others. 

A native of Fresno, Mr. Paboojian serves clients in the San Joaquin Valley and throughout the state of California for over 37 years. He completed his undergraduate studies at the California State University, Fresno. He then pursued law and earned his Juris Doctor from the San Joaquin College of Law. In law school, he served as the editor of the school’s newspaper, The Dicta. 

Mr. Paboojian in 2007 obtained one of the largest employment jury verdicts against a public entity in the United States. In 2021, Mr Paboojian obtained one of the largest Medical Malpractice  jury verdicts in Calif.

In Fresno County and across California, Mr. Paboojian has successfully tried more than 55 cases before a jury. In the last 12 years alone, he has won nine verdicts worth more than one million dollars. Overall, he has obtained more than 600 million dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. He serves as a tenacious and fierce defender for the rights of his clients, especially when they have been injured through no fault of their own. 

An active member of the legal community, Mr. Paboojian has memberships in the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American College of Trial Lawyers, The International Academy of Trial Lawyers, the International Society of Barristers and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
