Jeffrey Kent

Jeffrey Kent of The Kent Law Firm, APC, in Fullerton, California, has dedicated his career exclusively to criminal law since 1992. His practice includes criminal defense matters, such as DUI/DWI, white collar crimes, federal crimes, sex offenses, violent crimes, gun violations, domestic violence, juvenile crimes and internet crimes throughout Orange County.

Mr. Kent holds the distinction of being a certified specialist in criminal law by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization – one of only approximately 25 attorneys in Orange County and 350 statewide to achieve this recognition. His educational background includes a B.A. from the University of California, Irvine (1989) and a law degree with honors from Western State College of Law (1992).

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Kent has managed thousands of criminal cases and conducted over 100 jury trials in both state and federal courts. His experience includes arguing before the California Supreme Court, a privilege afforded to few attorneys.
