Armand Kizirian

The founder of the Kizirian Law Firm, P.C., Armand Kizirian focuses his practice on consumer and employment litigation. Located in Glendale, California, his individual and class action clients come from throughout Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Admitted to practice before all California state courts, Mr. Kizirian is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

The types of employment law matters that Mr. Kizirian has handled have included wrongful termination and other acts of retaliation, wage and hour law violations, employee/independent contractor misclassifications, sexual harassment, and discrimination that are prohibited under various federal and state statutes such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Fair Employment and Housing Act. In addition to his courtroom appearances, Mr. Kizirian has had many of these cases resolved through arbitration. In his consumer law practice, Mr. Kizirian's cases have encompassed false advertising and other unfair business practices, data breaches, Fair Debt Collections Practices Act violations, and matters arising under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act. In many of these instances, he has been able to obtain favorable results for his plaintiff clients.

Fluent in Armenian as well as in English, Mr. Kizirian attended the University of California, Berkeley, as an undergraduate, where he majored in history and political science, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in 2010. He then pursued his legal education at the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2013. His professional memberships include the California Employment Lawyers Association.
