Lindsay Savin

At  Law Offices of  Savin & Bursk, Lindsay Lupe Savin represents clients in Granada Hills, Encino and Los Angeles County, California. Her practice areas include financial elder abuse, will contests, trust litigation, conservatorships, probate and guardianships. She is passionate about helping her clients as they prepare their assets and estates to be in order.  A second-generation estate planning attorney, she has extensive knowledge of estate planning and probate law and how it works.

Ms. Savin attended  University of California, Santa Cruz,  where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Politics.   Thereafter, she attended law school at California Western School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2011. She has been admitted to practice in California since 2012 has helped the firm earn the Daily News Reader’s Choice Best Law Office recognition for three consecutive years.

With an understanding of the sensitive nature of family disputes that arise over estate planning issues, Ms. Savin takes her deep roots and belief in family with her into every negotiation and case. Ms. Savin's experience in trust litigation has widely opened her eyes and expanded her knowledge on how to proceed with caution when drafting a client’s estate planning documents and how to resolve and prevent family disputes.

Ms. Savin is passionate about improving her legal knowledge and growing in her profession. Because of this, she is a member of the San Fernando Valley Estate Planning Council, The State Bar of California and the Trust and Estates Section within the organization. She approaches each case with caution and attention to detail, fully prepared to help avoid and resolve family disputes.
