Philip Schnayerson

Philip Schnayerson is the founding attorney of the law firm of Philip A. Schnayerson, Criminal Defense Attorney, in Hayward, California. With over 52 years of experience practicing law, Mr. Schnayerson serves clients throughout the Bay Area in criminal defense matters such as drug crimes, theft, violent crimes, homicide, white collar crimes and computer crimes. 

Board-certified in criminal law for over 30 years by The State Bar of California, Mr. Schnayerson is known for his compassionate and empathetic approach to each client’s unique case. He strives to achieve the goals of his clients in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Mr. Schnayerson has a long list of obtaining successful outcomes and verdicts for his clients. 

Having earned his Juris Doctor degree from the New York University School of Law, Mr. Schnayerson moved to California to aid in the San Francisco Bail Project. He also served as a public defender for students at the University of California, Berkeley, who protested the Vietnam war.
