Alain Kinaly

Alain Kinaly is the principal attorney of Kinaly Law in Irvine, California. He provides legal services to clients throughout the Orange County, Riverside-San Bernardino, Los Angeles-Long Beach, San Diego, Kern County and Bakersfield metro areas. His practice areas include personal injury, car accidents and auto dealer fraud, among others.

Originally from Royal Oak, Michigan, Mr. Kinaly was raised in Southern California. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2006. He later pursued his Juris Doctor at Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, graduating in 2015.

While at law school, Mr. Kinaly excelled in client advocacy and alternative dispute resolution, earning CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for the highest grades in client interview and counseling, and arbitration law. Additionally, he was admitted to The State Bar of California (2015), the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Prior to his legal education, Mr. Kinaly gained valuable experience clerking at law firms in Newport Beach and Beverly Hills. He later worked at a personal injury firm in Orange County. After passing the bar exam, he leveraged his extensive experience to establish a law firm committed to prioritizing each client's individual needs.

An esteemed member of the legal community, Mr. Kinaly serves on the board of directors for the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and is an active member of several other legal organizations, including the Orange County Bar Association, the Consumers Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association and Justice HQ.

Mr. Kinaly is rated “Excellent” on Avvo and is fluent in Arabic. He is also a prolific writer, contributing regularly to various legal blogs.
