Brian Kinder is the founder of The Kinder Law Group, based in Irvine, California, where he counsels businesses, entrepreneurs and innovators on various intellectual property matters. His practice encompasses patents, trademarks, copyrights, international intellectual property protection, infringement litigation and related intellectual property issues. Through his work, he helps clients develop strategies to protect and enforce their valuable intellectual property assets in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

An academic scholar, Mr. Kinder earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Fullerton, in 1996. He went on to attend Southwestern University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor in 2000. During law school, he was a member and associate editor of the Law Review. He also received American Jurisprudence Awards in Copyright, Evidence and Alternate Dispute Resolution.
Mr. Kinder is admitted to practice before all California state courts, all California federal courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Active in the legal community, he is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the International Trademark Association, the Intellectual Property Law Section of The State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.
