Brian Seastrom

Attorney Brian Seastrom is a the president and shareholder of the Seastrom Tuttle & Murphy law firm in Irvine, California. Board certified as a Family Law Specialist by The State Bar of California's Board of Legal Specialization and possessing more than 18 years of legal experience, Mr. Seastrom focuses his practice solely on family law. He represents the rights and interests of clients throughout Orange County and the surrounding areas who are going through a divorce or have some other serious domestic relations issue they need to address.

A 1998 graduate of Loyola Marymount University, Mr. Seastrom returned to his alma mater and obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 2002. Mr. Seastrom is a Fellow with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, which places him amongst the top family law attorneys in the nation. He has also been accepted to the International Academy of Family Lawyers, a designation held only by the top family law lawyers internationally. 

Mr. Seastrom has also served as on the State Bar of California's Family Law Specialist Commission for over five years, where he was responsible for drafting and grading the exams of those seeking the designation of Family Law Specialist. He was selected to lead this Committee as its chair in his final year on the Commissioner. Since 2020, Mr. Seastrom has at on California's Judicial Nomination Commission, which is tasked with evaluating and making recommendations to the Governor concerning those applying for the position of Judge in California.

Additionally, he has served as President and Executive Committee Member of the Orange County Bar Association's Family Law Section. He has served on the board of the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Orange County, and he has conducted numerous lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of family law topics.

Mr. Seastrom is invited to speak regularly to prestigious groups regarding the practice of family law in California, including to the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, as well as the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists.
