He provides strong advocacy in cases involving assault, brain injuries, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and wrongful death, among others.

After completing his bachelor’s degree in management from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, Mr. Fielding pursued his law degree at Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. He received his Juris Doctor in 2006 and in the following year, he was admitted to practice law in California. He is also licensed to practice in Arizona and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Fielding’s early foundation was shaped by his position as a congressional intern for Jeff Flake and a judicial extern for the Honorable James A. Teilborg at the U.S. District Court. He currently works as an arbitrator at Maricopa County Superior Court, serving since 2022 to deliver balanced, efficient resolution pathways to clients. Through this legal background, he bridges public policy, federal jurisprudence and alternative dispute resolution to deliver comprehensive legal insights.
