Joshua G. Simon

As a partner at Miller Miller Gerber LLP, located in Irvine, California, Joshua G. Simon represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters involving businesses, employers and individuals. His practice focuses on general and civil litigation, business disputes, employment litigation, intellectual property litigation, trade secret matters, noncompete agreements, class actions, and mass torts.

Mr. Simon handles complex disputes involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation and other employment-related claims. He also represents clients in business litigation and matters involving trade secrets and restrictive agreements. His practice includes litigation, restraining orders and intellectual property disputes, allowing him to assist clients with a variety of legal challenges that may require strategic representation in both state and federal court.

Throughout his practice, Mr. Simon works with clients to understand the legal and business considerations underlying their disputes and develop strategies tailored to their individual circumstances. His broad litigation experience enables him to represent clients in matters ranging from employment and business conflicts to complex intellectual property and class action litigation.

Mr. Simon earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in 2005 before receiving his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 2009. He was admitted to practice law in California in 2009 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Central, Northern and Southern Districts of California.

Active in the legal community, Mr. Simon is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, where he serves as chair of the Banking and Lending Section. He is also a member of the San Diego Inn of Court. Through his professional involvement, he remains engaged with fellow legal professionals and developments affecting litigation and business law.
