Joshua M. Kimura is a partner at Kimura London & White LLP. As a student, he has worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Kazuharu Makino at the Superior Court of California, Orange County, and as a law clerk with the Orange County District Attorney at the North Justice Center.
Some of Mr. Kimura's representative results have included a $300,000 settlement for a client who was severely injured by a pet dog, a premises liability case against a well-known automobile dealership that was settled for $4 million and a $750,000 settlement of another premises liability lawsuit against a homeowners’ association. His successes in and out of the courtroom have caught the attention of his fellow attorneys, and he has been rated "Superb" on Avvo. He also has memberships in the Orange County Asian American Bar Association and the Orange County Japanese American Bar Association. In addition, he has earned selection to The National Trial Lawyers’ list of Top 40 Under 40.
