Justin Kincheloe currently serves as a partner at The Estate Lawyers, APC, in Irvine, California. He provides reliable counsel in matters on elder law, including conservatorships, financial elder abuse, restraining orders, trust and estate litigation, fiduciary representation, and probate and estate administration. Before pursuing his legal education, Mr. Kincheloe completed his undergraduate studies in psychology from Iowa State University. He then enrolled at Western State College of Law, where he honed his advocacy skills and his understanding of judicial proceedings. He was admitted to practice in California in 2009, after earning his Juris Doctor in the same year. While at law school, he served as a marketing editor for the Western State University Law Review.

Currently, Mr. Kincheloe stays active in the legal community through his membership with The State Bar of California. He is also a member of the Trust and Estate Section and the Conservatorship Section of the Orange County Bar Association. His contributions to the field were lauded through recognition by National Advocates as one of the Top 40 Under 40 attorneys in California for Wills, Trusts & Estates.
