Kamran Khakbaz

Khakbaz Law (pronounced Hak-baz) is led by founder and managing attorney, Kamran Khakbaz. Mr. Khakbaz is an experienced civil litigator and trial attorney whose practice areas include  complex commercial, personal injury, policyholder insurance coverage, white collar and employment litigation matters.

​Mr. Khakbaz has represented a wide range of clients including individuals, banks, brokerage firms, REITs, manufacturers, hospitals, long-term care facilities, general contractors, and real estate developers. He is known for providing clients with unparalleled individualized attention by developing aggressive, case-specific litigation strategies to align with clients' needs and goals.

Mr. Khakbaz’s experience encompasses all phases of litigation, from the inception of disputes through and including trial (or arbitration). He has litigated matters in state court, federal court, and arbitration – in addition to resolving matters through settlement negotiations and mediation.

​Prior to establishing Khakbaz Law, Mr. Khakbaz worked as an attorney at an internationally renowned full-service “big law” firm and a well-respected full-service California regional law firm. Mr. Khakbaz also previously served as a Judicial Extern to the Hon. Philip S. Gutierrez (Ret.) of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and as a Law Clerk in the Cyber Crimes Division of the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.
