A highly regarded and skilled attorney with over 35 years of legal experience, Kyle D. Kring is the founding partner of the law firm of Kring & Chung Attorneys LLP in Irvine, California. Hailing from Long Beach, California, Mr. Kring obtained his Bachelor of Science in political science from the University of California, Irvine, in 1982. He then gained his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. As a law student, he functioned as a judicial clerk for Hon. Judge William Sheffield at the Orange County Superior Court.
Involved in his community, Mr. Kring is a member of the California Chamber of Commerce, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the Orange County Bar Association, the Building Industry Association of Southern California, the Southern California Contractors Association, the Southern California Fraud Investigators Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.
Known for his high-quality work and successful track record in and out of the court, Mr. Kring has experience in all facets of litigation. Over the years, he has successfully represented the rights and interests of contractors, engineers, employers, employees, businesses, transport agencies, construction industries, public entities, manufacturing companies and insurance carriers.
Mr. Kring supports a variety of social causes through his pro bono legal services. He helps low-income citizens by partnering with nonprofits such as Orangewood Children's Home, Human Options, Olive Crest and Seneca Orange County.
Honored in many ways for his accomplishments and staunch defense, Mr. Kring received the highest peer rating possible of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.0 rating from Avvo.
