Mark Yocca, a successful and seasoned trial lawyer, has over thirty years of experience in complex business litigation cases before state and federal courts, arbitrations, mediations, administrative proceedings and appeals.  His record of success speaks for itself, having never lost a jury trial.  Nationally recognized as one of the leading trial lawyers in the country, Mr. Yocca provides unmatched legal representation to a wide range of commercial clients throughout Orange County and across the nation who have legal needs involving any of the following:

  • Business Disputes and Commercial Litigation
  • Intellectual Property and Licensing Disputes
  • Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith
  • Professional Liability

Mark has secured many multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements in favor of businesses and individuals who entrusted Mark with their legal representation. His successes as the lead, first chair trial attorney include a $5.3 million jury verdict in an intellectual property licensing case, which led to a $7.6 million recovery after post-trial motions in favor of his public company client; a $13.2 million recovery for his client in an unfair competition case against a well-known sporting goods manufacturer; a post-trial dismissal in favor of his client in a high-stakes fraud case brought by the State of California involving over two thousand investors and tens of millions of dollars; a defense verdict for an electronics manufacturer in a case brought by a terminated distributor; a defense verdict and a million dollar verdict on a cross-complaint in favor of a public company electronics distributor.

Mark and his firm understand the importance of not only trial presentation skills, but also written work, where may cases are won and lost. After a recent victory (securing summary judgment both on the claims against Mark’s client, and summary judgment in his client’s favor on its affirmative cross-claims), the Los Angeles Superior Court Judge awarded every penny of Mark’s legal fees and ruled: "Having witnessed first-hand the representation provided, both in writing and in person, the court further finds the quality of the work presented to the court by defendants was at a very high level of quality, certainly on equal ground with the work of the very best attorneys in this community."
