The State Bar of California admitted him to practice that same year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

A leader in his legal community, Mr. Silberberg has served on the board of directors and as chairman of the membership committee for the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. He is also an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, among his other professional affiliations.
