The founding attorney of the firm Benchmark Injury Law based out of Irvine, California, Shaun M. Phillips takes on personal injury cases tending to people of the Southern California areas, including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino. After Mr. Phillips earned his license to practice law in the state of California in 2016, he joined a Newport-based firm dedicated solely to personal injury and gained experience as an associate attorney. Later in 2021, he established his firm with the mission to provide seamless and exceptional service to his clients.
Mr. Phillips’ foremost focus lies on creating a meaningful and strong relationship with his clients to make them feel at home and comfortable. He understands the importance of creating a safe space for his clients to enable them to share their grievances and problems and sticking by them throughout their hard times.
A member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, Mr. Phillips has been seen as a guest lecturer at these associations discussing how to mediate effectively in courtrooms and how competence and bias issues in legal cases can be tackled.
