Taylor Preston

Taylor Preston is the founding attorney of Preston Law Group, P.C., located in Irvine, California, where he represents clients across a broad spectrum of matters including estate planning, elder abuse and elder abuse restraining orders, trust litigation, contract disputes, corporate formation and personal injury. He is duly licensed to practice law in the state of California and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Mr. Preston pursued his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in law. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School, completing the program a year early and graduating third in his class.

While in law school, Mr. Preston served as an editor on the Law Review and completed certificates in Mediation and Mediation Advocacy, reflecting a deep commitment to both dispute resolution and scholarly rigor. His dedication to public service is evidenced by extensive pro bono work, notably with Wills for Heroes, a nonprofit organization that provides complimentary estate planning services to first responders and veterans.

Mr. Preston’s professional experience is diverse. Early in his career he practiced creditor’s rights litigation on behalf of major financial institutions, gaining substantial courtroom and litigation experience. He has also worked at an estate planning practice as well as at a firm concentrating in personal injury and medical malpractice. These varied roles have equipped him with a well-rounded perspective and the practical versatility to handle complex legal matters of differing natures and scales.

An active member of the legal community, Mr. Preston participates in the National Creditor’s Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. He is known among colleagues and clients for meticulous preparation, pragmatic problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to advancing his clients’ interests.
