  • $9.5 million.  Child sexual abuse-- Won $9,500,000.00 cash settlement 2 weeks before trial for a single plaintiff sexually abused by her elementary school teacher in Los Angeles County. This is believed to be the largest single plaintiff pre-trial settlement of its kind in California history. , 2025
  • Won $1.5 million award for 18 year old special needs student fondled on a school bus by another special needs student, 2023
  • $7.1 million.  Won $7.1 million for woman unnecessarily subjected to surgery that resulted in long term impairments.  , 2024
