Yasir Elbiali

Yasir Elbiali, a seasoned attorney with over 25 years of experience, established Elbiali Law, APC to serve the legal needs of entrepreneurs and enterprises of all sizes. Throughout his extensive career spanning more than two decades, Mr. Elbiali has held senior positions as a commercial attorney with leading companies across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, consumer electronics, technology, and healthcare.

Before founding Elbiali Law, APC, Mr. Elbiali served in commercial legal roles at Panasonic Corporation of North America, Western Digital, Aramco, and Mitsubishi Electric & Electronics USA, Inc. These positions deepened his understanding of the myriad legal challenges encountered by businesses and refined his skill in navigating complex legal terrain to deliver tailored solutions. Over the years, Mr. Elbiali has developed a formidable reputation in the following areas:

Trusted advisor to stakeholders and business units in multiple verticals (energy, healthcare, consumer products, technology, and entertainment) with a solid ability to lead complex matters, manage teams, and create collaborative environments, making him uniquely qualified to offer Outside General Counsel services to a broad spectrum of clients;

Expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of agreements and transactions, including business combinations, sales agreements, licensing agreements, consulting agreements, supply agreements, and commercial lease agreements.

Proven record of advising on a broad spectrum of Commercial Transactions, domestically and internationally, that include mergers and acquisitions, legal audits of subsidiary companies, and global business activities. 

Highly skilled at building compliance departments with a particular focus on Antitrust Compliance, instructing on regulatory compliance strategy and functions, and partnering with executive teams on key business initiatives involving corporate governance.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Elbiali practiced commercial litigation as an Associate with an AmLaw 200 law firm and, subsequently, as a Shareholder with a well-respected boutique litigation firm in Orange County, where he represented clients before state and federal courts spanning areas involving real estate, premises liability, business disputes, employment, and intellectual property.

Mr. Elbiali received his LLM with Distinction from the University of London and his JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and served on the Editorial Board of the Berkeley Journal of Labor and Employment Law. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California Santa Barbara, where he graduated with Honors and Departmental Distinction with a degree in Political Science.
