Yoshiaki Kubota

As partner at Kubota & Craig, Yoshiaki Kubota handles personal injury cases of premises liability, trucking accidents and motor vehicle accidents for clients in Orange County, California. As personal injury litigation can be extremely complex and complicated, Mr. Kubota represents the severely inured as they work through the process. He has tried close to 40 personal injury trials to completion and is fully prepared to take on any case and protect the rights of his clients.

Mr. Kubota is experienced in wrongful death, governmental tort liability, products liability, catastrophic injuries and complex litigation. Extensively experienced and knowledgeable in the areas of litigation, case evaluation and trial practice, he has been given the Presidential Award of Merit from the Consumer Attorneys of California four times. His dedication, commitment and leadership made him a natural choice as someone extremely invested in consumer protection.

The United States Congress recognized Mr. Kubota and gave him a certificate of congressional representation, and he was inducted into the Law’s Hall of Fame at Western State College. He is also a member of the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation, the Orange County Bar Foundation’s Society of Fellows, the Orange County Asian American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association and the American Association of Justice.

With a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California, Riverside, Mr. Kubota attended Western State College of Law where he obtained a Juris Doctor in 1994. He is admitted to practice in California state courts and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
