Jonathan M. Jenkins is a litigator and trial lawyer with an unrelenting drive to achieve favorable client results. Jonathan now represents Fortune 500 corporations, mid-sized companies and partnerships, and financial institutions/mortgage bankers in a diverse range of complex or class action litigation matters. Jonathan has considerable expertise representing banks and other mortgage producers, particularly in mortgage repurchase actions involving hundreds or thousands of loans. In 2017, he became the first lawyer in history to defeat CitiMortgage, Inc. on summary judgment in a repurchase case. In addition, Jonathan pioneered actions under California's Unfair Competition Law. He specializes in intellectual property litigation, having represented art galleries and collectors in high-value disputes, including a lawsuit involving a 180-piece Salvador Dali art collection.
