Christopher Lee

Additionally, he counsels clients in catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.

Over the course of his ten-year career, Mr. Lee has gained significant trial experience, successfully bringing a multitude of cases to verdict and achieving favorable judgments in various first-party arbitration proceedings. His trial record features defense verdicts and a consistent history of defeating opposing final statutory offers. Since co-founding his firm, he has secured a verdict exceeding $300,000 for a client in a high-stakes legal dispute against a manufacturing company regarding hand sanitizer production and sales. Most recently, Mr. Lee obtained a $1.5 million verdict in a personal injury matter against a government entity for creating a dangerous condition on a public property. Mr. Lee has also settled cases for six and seven-figure dollar amounts while vigorously representing his clients.

An alumnus of UC Santa Barbara, Mr. Lee completed his bachelor’s degree in international/global studies before pursuing his legal education at California Western School of Law. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 2016 and in the same year was admitted to The State Bar of California. He currently acts as an adjunct professor at his alma mater, teaching trial practice, evidence advocacy, and trial skills for distinguished advocates. He also coaches the trial team for California Western's competitive advocacy programs.

Before establishing his private practice, Mr. Lee worked exclusively on the defense side, representing two nationally acclaimed insurance companies. As lead attorney across hundreds of cases, he directed every strategic phase, from depositions and mediations to trial preparation and critical injury valuation. This background representing corporations gives him a distinct advantage, an insider's understanding of how defense teams evaluate risk, prioritize claims and weigh evidence when structuring settlement offers to optimize value for his clients.
