Oleg Cross is certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization.  He focuses his practice on trust and estate litigation, trust administration, and representation of fiduciaries in tax controversies arising out of administration of estates and trusts. 

Mr. Cross frequently collaborates with fellow attorneys and professionals on contested trust matters, trust modifications and representing fiduciaries or beneficiaries.  His courtroom experience spans both bench and jury trials, and he also handles select appeals, including his role as counsel of record in the notable California Supreme Court case concerning modification of trusts in Haggerty v. Thornton, 15 Cal.5th 729 (2024).

A 2006 Duke University School of Law graduate, Mr. Cross has earned the prestigious AV Preeminent peer-review rating* through Martindale-Hubbell and holds a “Superb 10.0” score on Avvo.
