Gordon V. Dunn

Gordon V. Dunn is a seasoned trust and estate litigator who brings extensive trial experience and a steady courtroom presence to The Glowacki Firm, located in Laguna Hills, California. His practice centers on trust and will contests, fiduciary accounting disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims and financial elder abuse cases.

Mr. Dunn earned his B.S. in economics from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, and his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Having served as both first and second chair in challenging jury and bench trials, Mr. Dunn has earned a reputation for his ability to manage complex, high-stakes litigation with skill and precision. He is a persuasive advocate who consistently delivers clear, compelling arguments in even the most complex trust and estate disputes.

Mr. Dunn began his legal career as a Deputy District Attorney with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, where he was regularly called upon to first chair jury trials – often with only hours of preparation. This demanding role honed his efficiency, adaptability and ability to explain difficult legal issues clearly to judges and juries. His trial advocacy has resulted in him being added to the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America list for three consecutive years.

Beyond his litigation practice, Mr. Dunn is dedicated to advancing civic education and youth leadership. He serves on the board of directors for the Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County (CRF), a nonprofit that promotes civic literacy and career awareness among local teens. His involvement with CRF began in high school as a participant in its mock trial program, and he now gives back by helping lead and score competitions for future generations.
