  • Digiovanna v. Grimes - Disputed liability ankle injury case that we tried to verdict.  The jury unanimously decided in favor of our client and awarded $170,000 in damages.  I second-chaired this case., 2016
  • Nunez v. Pak - Tried a no surgery spine case to verdict as second-chair.  The jury verdict was $760,000., 2017
  • Gonzalez v. Swissport SA, LLC - Lead counsel in a disability discrimination claim.  I performed the opening, closing, rebuttal, and examined the majority of all witnesses.  The case went to a verdict for $1,050,000 in solely non-economic damages., 2020
  • Tapia v. Tesla et al. - CRPS case that settled after Motions in Limine for $13,000,000.  I led the damages portion of the litigation taking more than 6 opposing expert depositions defending all of Plaintiff's damages expert depositions and taking the majority of treating physician depositions., 2019
  • Lennig v. CRST -  Handled the litigation aspect of the case from inception.  Took over 30 depositions, many of which were played during the trial.  Performed more than 5 of the live witness examinations including three cross-examinations of defense witnesses.  Ultimately, we secured a verdict of approximately $53,000,000., 2018
