Martina Sherman

Martina Sherman represents individuals in ERISA and insurance benefit disputes. She has successfully argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in matters involving ERISA and Social Security law. Ms. Sherman is a frequent speaker on employee benefits at national conferences of the American Bar Association. She has also written amicus briefs on behalf of United Policyholders in matters affecting consumers. In addition, she has served on the Young Professionals Board of Equip for Equality, the protection and advocacy system for people with disabilities in Illinois.
