A graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso, Ms. Loftin obtained her Juris Doctor from Western State University School of Law, and she has practice law since 1990. Along with practicing before all California state courts, she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. She is an active member of several local, state and national legal organizations, and she once served as President of the Women Lawyers of Long Beach.
