Harold Caylao

Mr. Caylao completed his undergraduate studies in 2019 at the University of California, Los Angeles, and during his time there, he was an active member of the Samahang Pilipino Advancing Community Empowerment initiative, Samahang Pilipino Cultural Night and Foundations Choreography. After graduating with his degree in political science and Asian American studies, he went on to attend Southwestern Law School, where he bolstered his shrewd legal acumen and talents through his sheer academic prowess, resulting in his recognition as a Dean’s Fellow and a Dean’s Merit Scholar. He received his Juris Doctor in 2024, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in California. 

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Larry H. Parker, Mr. Caylao worked at a downtown Los Angeles law firm, where he was assigned workers’ compensation cases. His work in understanding the complex workers’ compensation system in California pays great dividends for his clients today, as expanding responsibilities see him in negotiations with adjusters, as well as conducting discovery and attending hearings.
