Marissa Lauren Hauck

Marissa Hauck is an Associate at Cotchett Pitre & McCarthy, LLP. Her practices include mass tort, wrongful death, sexual abuse, and other forms of complex civil litigation. She is deeply passionate about advocating for survivors of sexual abuse because she believes every person deserves justice, dignity, and the opportunity to heal. Marissa is currently serving as an attorney in cases against Boeing, Ford, PG&E, State Farm, and the City of Burlingame.

Marissa graduated from UC Davis where she Majored in Economics and Minored in Spanish. Growing up going to a German international school Marissa learned the importance of speaking different languages. She proceeded to receive a J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly known as UC Hastings) where she was an active member and on the Executive Board of her school’s trial team. She competed at both state and national competitions and won a best advocacy award in 2023.

She is a member of CAOC (and a part of the New Lawyers Division) and AAJ.
