She is also a part of the board of governors of the Long Beach Bar Association and was its former president in 2020.

Ms. Birmingham has won many accolades for her professionalism and service to her clients, including the Kathleen Parker Award by the Pacific Coast University School of Law and the Women Lawyers of Long Beach’s Legal Service Attorney of the Year.
