Alan Eisner

Attorney Alan Eisner is certified by the State Bar of California's Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Criminal Law and has over 25 years of criminal defense experience. Less than 2.5 % of attorneys in the state have this designation. 

Mr. Eisner has tried over 100 jury trials with successful verdicts in cases involving accusations of murder, robbery, sex crimes, computer crimes, drug crimes, domestic violence, theft crimes, DUI, RICO and other serious felony and misdemeanor accusations. He is a partner in Eisner Gorin LLP, a criminal defense law firm with four attorneys. The law firm handles cases nationally, and is frequently consulted by out of state law firms on California criminal defense issues.

Mr. Eisner completed his undergraduate studies in U.C. Berkeley, received a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, and was admitted to the California Bar in 1987. He is also admitted to the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice is devoted to defending matters in both State and Federal court.
