• People v. Rodriguez, Case FWV17000946, Client charged with two counts of Attempted Murder and facing a mandatory minimum of 30 to Life. Case negotiated down to two misdemeanor battery charges, summary probation, no jail, no community labor or service. Case was then expunged and Client's record was cleared, 2018
• People v. LeBlanc, RIF1601773, Client charged with two counts of Penal Code 288 and facing eight years in prison and lifetime registration as a sex offender. Jury hung 10-2 for NOT GUILTY.
