Gaining admission to practice law in California, he set foot into practice as a litigation associate, managing the drafts, research and appearances in court for lawsuits. 

While working at a boutique law firm, Mr. Shiener dealt with business disputes, helping businesses in cases involving breaches of contract, partnership disagreements, intellectual property issues and employment matters. He also advocated for wildfire victims, where his passion for supporting injury victims was ignited.
