Bretil Beitmirza

Bretil Beitmirza is a trial attorney at Jacoby & Meyers and focuses her practice on catastrophic injuries including motor vehicle crashes, various types of premises liability cases, pedestrian accidents, and dog bite cases. Bretil joined the firm in 2015 and has since recovered over $40 million for her clients.

Currently Bretil manages one of the litigation teams at Jacoby & Meyers and aggressively fights for her injured clients against large insurance companies. Prior to managing her own team, Bretil had the honor of working with esteemed partner Laura Sedrish where she learned case strategies and trial skills, which she uses in her practice daily. Additionally, Bretil has been recognized and selected by her peers as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for three consecutive years (2020-2023), which is a great honor bestowed on only 2.5% of lawyers.

Bretil earned her Juris Doctorate in May of 2014 from Thomas Jefferson School of Law In San Diego, California, where she was awarded several scholastic awards and honors. Prior to that, Bretil earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Law.
