Brian J. Bergman

Attorney Brian J. Bergman is a partner with BDG Law Group, which has offices throughout Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties in California. Serving a diverse range of clients across Southern California, Mr. Bergman provides exceptional counsel and support to those who have legal needs involving real estate, eminent domain, construction, environmental, and general business litigation.

A 2002 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Mr. Bergman attended the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2005. While in law school, he chaired the USC Hale Moot Court Honors Program and completed an externship under the Hon. Stephen Hillman of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Bergman has written extensively and conducted numerous lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of topics. He is a member of the American Business Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association, where he was the co-chair of the litigation section. He also served as chair of the land use and economic development committee of the South Robertson Neighborhoods Council and as chair of the Mackrell International Environmental Practice Group.

Recognized for his professionalism and service, Mr. Bergman received the 2016 Outstanding Young Lawyer award from the Los Angeles County Bar Association Real Property Section, and he is a fellow with the American Bar Foundation and an associate fellow with the Litigation Counsel of America Trial Honor Society.
