Bryan Luther

Currently serving as a partner at Albright, Yee & Schmit, APC, in Los Angeles, California, Bryan Luther is an established employment and labor attorney. In addition to employment and labor, he also handles matters of business litigation, consumer law and personal injury. He represents businesses, corporations and government entities around Los Angeles in various aspects of employment and general litigation. 

Mr. Luther graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice in 2013. He then proceeded to enroll at Loyola Law School, where he was a member of the Byrne Trial Advocacy Team. As a member of the team, he was elected to compete in and won the annual Byrne Trial Advocacy skills competition. He was also a part of the Young Lawyers Mentor Program. Upon graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2019, he received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award for excellence in advocacy. He has been licensed to practice in California since 2020.

Recently, Mr. Luther successfully defended a $7,000,000 claim for Los Angeles County, forcing a settlement for far less than the claim. He also played a pivotal role in defending a Los Angeles school district against a traumatic brain injury claim. Outside of his trial practice, he is involved in various community organizations, showcasing his commitment to community service. He is a part of a voters' rights initiative, the Toys for Tots program and Operation Christmas Child, helping the underprivileged and the underrepresented. 

For his professionalism and his top-notch client service, Mr. Luther has recognized in various list and business journals, including Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and the Los Angeles Business Journal's ‘Leaders of Influence’ and ‘Leaders of Law.’ He is an active member of the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms, the John M. Langston Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
